Agreement:

By booking a session and paying the booking retainer fee, you agree to the following terms of service.

Between:

This "Agreement" is between 4 Girls Glamour ("Photographer") and You ("Client"), which includes Client's principals, employees, affiliates, and representatives. Client affirms its legal authority to enter into this "Agreement" on behalf of itself, employer, company, or organization.

Services and Location

The Client wishes to book a Boudoir Portrait Session, agreeing to all Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of payment and denial of attendance.

Duration and Cancellation

This "Agreement" lasts from the booking date to two years. The Client is bound to this Agreement during this period. Agreement termination may occur if the Client fails to fulfill obligations deemed unsatisfactory. The Photographer may terminate the Agreement if the Client's performance is unsatisfactory or if terms and responsibilities are unmet. Cancellations must be in writing; no monetary reimbursement or rescheduling is provided. If 4 Girls Glamour cancels, a full credit for a Boudoir Portrait Session is issued, valid for three months.

Payment Schedule and Fees

The session fee and applicable taxes must be paid at the time of booking to secure the session. The retainer is non-refundable/non-transferable. Cancellation voids payments as credit. NSF payments incur a $35 service fee. Pricing may change without notice and is guaranteed only on selected products and services at the time of Agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt. Additional items can be added but not removed; failure to pay may result in no images or compensation.

Session Details

Being more than 15 minutes late may result in session cancellation at the Photographer's discretion. 4 Girls Glamour may refuse to photograph based on technical and artistic merit, technical limitations, and regulations. The Photographer is not responsible for photographs impacted by external guidelines or regulations. The Photographer does not provide specific clothing items.

Albums, Products, and Editing

Editing is at the Photographer's discretion; additional edits may incur a fee. Products must be collected within six months, or payments are forfeited. Full payment is required before work begins, with no refunds.

Copyright and Use of Images

The Photographer retains exclusive copyright ownership of the images. The Client has rights to share and print images but may not alter or remove copyright metadata. Monetary gain from selling images is illegal and may result in legal action. Proper image sourcing is required.

Privacy, Confidentiality, and Liability

The Client releases the Photographer from liability and assumes all risks. The Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond their control. The Photographer is not liable for injuries to anyone present at the session. The Client must be of legal age for the Boudoir Portrait Session.

Force Majeure

4 Girls Glamour is not liable for failure due to uncontrollable events.

Limitation of Liability

4 Girls Glamour, its affiliates, agents, and others are not liable for specific damages.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements.

Assignment

The Client cannot assign this Agreement without written consent.

Severability

Illegal or invalid provisions are ineffective in that jurisdiction, without affecting the remaining Agreement.

Agreement Acceptance

"I, the Client, have read and fully understand and agree to the terms and conditions, the rights and responsibilities, and releases therein."
